A bit late, but thinking of cycling from Brockley, no fun alone so happy to team up or pick up people on the way?
Crossing the river via Greenwich or Tower Bridge, then the only route I know by heart is along River Lea.
Social pace, cafe stops, birdwatching encouraged.
