It's the same price as aerocoach.

I doubt you'd get many more sessions per unit time than aerocoach.

I wonder who runs the tunnel, it's all about the operator and their knowledge.

I got the impression it was aerocoach that were going to be running it. But that might've just been me guessing based on tweets.

From the tweets, it looks more like they were just having a look at the facility, maybe with a view to using it. If that's the case then tunnel +xavierdisley would be tunnel fee + xav's personal fee.
