Do you know what size tyres this could take , on modern wideish rims ?

Hi Georgel,
I've just tried a modern wheelset with 28mm tyres and they fit!

could I trouble you to take a photo pf the clearance ?
Sorry to be annoying , but this frame ticks ALOT of boxes for me.

Have you tried it with a brake? Because that is the limiting factor when it comes to the fork at least (with my MAX frame). Because the fork crown is so low, the brake hole sits very close to the wheel. I can only squeeze a 23mm Continental GP4000SII in there.

I can easily squeeze 28’s on my Columbus Max frams, with plenty of clearance left

Awesome Frame! I think the seatstays aren‘t max though since they‘re round, same as on my cyfac. Or was there a round option as well?

What a bargain for a Max frame !

It wouldn’t take much to convince me to buy it.. someone would have to buy my Jan Janssen Max frame set first though :)

Moved elsewhere..
Beautiful and very rare Concorde Columbus max frameset for sale. Very rare frame set, only a handfull of these were built. Probably produced in Italy by either Ciocc or Billato. General condition of the frame is very good, as you can see in the pictures. It has two small dents, which are clearly visible in the pictures that I've made. Chrome is in a very good condition (9/10) and I also would rate the condition of the paint 9 out of 10 points.
The frame is made out of Columbus MAX tubing. I also have the original invoice from the first owner. Price back then was 5848.90 gulden equipped with a Campagnolo Chorus groupset and Spinergy wheels which equals more or less then €3000 back in 1994. Probably one of the most expensive bikes that I have owned.
