Sorry to be annoying , but this frame ticks ALOT of boxes for me.

I've just tried a modern wheelset with 28mm tyres and they fit!
Have you tried it with a brake? Because that is the limiting factor when it comes to the fork at least (with my MAX frame). Because the fork crown is so low, the brake hole sits very close to the wheel. I can only squeeze a 23mm Continental GP4000SII in there.
