I would be interested in seeing the police's response. Did they say they'd keep you in the loop?

I did mention it but I don't know if there's much they can do unless they go to court and get to see his phone usage records - it wasn't caught on the video because of the glare from the windscreen.
They are keeping me in the loop - needed to slightly edit the video because of the 2 mins before and after rule - 2 mins after showed some identifiable stuff to me and they were really helpful with telling me what to do

Got an email telling me that the police have issued a notice of intended prosecution against the idiot who close passed me the other day - actually fairly impressed with the police for once!
