...it will explode. Probably.

I have a feeling that anything which expands hard enough to provide a worthwhile structural effect will blow the sides out, unless you have a mould to fit the wheel. Building a suitable mould seems like more trouble than just buying an Aeox

Stuff like that gives you more control and probably goes up slower than the builders bodge stuff.
