Stolen/abandoned I think as it's been sat on wasteland for over a week. Bit rusty. The fabric was filthy and rotted away in places. I've cut all that out and at some point will do it up

You could just strip it back and have a flatbed style trailer with a handle for wheeling when off the bike.
