Possibly but polo bikes setup are usually customised, especially the fork/front end and we do adopt new specs/standards/setups quite quickly.
I've noticed 650b, oversized head tube, tapered forks and 15mm bolt on forks on quite a few instances but not flat mount as of yet.
Probably because choices of brakes are quite limited which makes a courtside swap less likely in the event of a brake failure.

Flat mount is a relatively new standard, I doubt many people are playing polo on bikes manufactured in the last year or so.
