Did you send it tracked / signed for?
Shutl dealt with my utterly destroyed hubs on delivery quite well.

Had to do several claims RM over the years, never had a problem with it. As long as you have your proof of postage and the relevant cover then it should all go fine. How long has it been since you sent your claim in?

I sold something on eBay which didn't arrive according the buyer. I then made claim with royal mail. However haven't heard anything form them. Anyone had any success stories?
