The only thing that is apparently stopping Rodgers coming to Chelsea is that he fell out with the club in relation to his use (or lack of use) of loan players at Swansea, Liverpool and Celtic. That and the fact that he doesn’t want to come and no one wants him.
Expect the announcement imminently.
