  • Looks really good -you've got a fair bit of climbing ahead of you . Of course going down on fixed gear with no brakes is , if anything , even harder. A New York messenger ,who ,along with his partner ,was riding around Australia , fully loaded and brakeless described it so: "Murder going up, going down is suicide."
May you have a great and safe trip! I'm sure you'll have many adventures -may they all be positive ! Wish I had the guts to make such a trip ,at my age it took just about all I had left to move from Australia to Latvia - while it took a lot -I flew;-)
    See you in Riga!

  • well this thread went far more pleasantly than i thought it would... Wholesome/10

glad people can get along on the internet

  • No worries. Your recent posts make me glad I don't have the ability to evaporate anybody. Then on the commute I reversed that when I was simultaneously cut off by an electric scooter and honked at by a car that wanted to park in the bike lane.

  • @user89089 you really should give yourself a nicer username.

and it will take you to a page that will let you choose a new name.

  • Surely, the troll is trolling. Tynan lives.

Huh, it shows 'user89089' for me. Does that mean this is a way to change someone else's username? That would be not good. Shows my own avatar though, so probably not. Too afraid to try.

  • It won't let you. Go ahead.
