Reckon it's time to move these to bigger pots? I have no idea what I'm doing.

And yea, bigger pots now, and as much sun as possible.
Water only once the soil goes dry-ish below the surface.

Ah, you're not a believer in moving them only slowly and gradually from one pot to the next size up? They are only one plant per pot unlike EB's.
