Great to know, and interesting; I guess RLJ'ing is a binary offence, there's no case to argue and easier for RoadSafe to pursue. What an moron.
The camera conundrum is weird. I wish I didn't need them, but seeing as I have them, should I be reporting minor - but clearly habitual - shite driving?....

I’d wondered the same thing so gave it a test the other week.
Submitted a video of a chap (driver) repeatedly just blatantly ignoring red lights. Thought it would probably go nowhere but the next afternoon received an email saying they’d sent him a letter of intended prosecution.
I think they have 14 days from the date of the offence to notify the driver so it’s best to submit to them quickly.
Worth a go just for interest I’d think.
