Yep, everything except the '50' is beginner friendly :-)

How low is "low-ish"? Anywhere between 50-60" is about right, depending on your fitness.

If the weather dries out a little towards the end of the week, it'll be even more beginner friendly.

I'll check my gear ratio and make sure it's at the low end of the fifties.
