I might be able to swing an off-week ride next week. Although I have to say if Matt is terrified of a pub, then as a nasally-voiced American who will be in lycra gimp mode colour me double-doubtful.

Off week is better for me too. That was a fun ride last year. The swoopy cycle track section at the end was mega fun.
