There is cash floating around to install at the moment, I draw attention that the bay is for any car being charged and many councils don't charge for parking in the bay while 'charging'...

Will the council out in a charging point for you, at the base of the tower?
Some have such schemes.
We are moving so soon it doesn't seem to be such a useful thing for us to spend the next 6 months trying to obtain.
