On a ride today I went to shift into big ring on my RS685 LH shifter and it felt like something snapped, chain stayed in little ring and shift lever moves completely freely without engaging any clicks.
I thought (hoped) at first it was the cable, but it’s not.
Anyone come across this or a similar issue with shimano road shifter?
I’m hoping there is a cheaper solution than a new shifter.
