I had a quarq cinqo which I guess is a fairly old model now. It stopped working when it was just out of warranty (and this was just after quarq were bought by sram I think?). They had no interest in helping- no serviceable parts, therefore replacement only thank you and best they’d do was a 10% discount on a new pm.
That said, it was faultless while it worked and the same could happen with any pm I guess.
I had drop out issues with my P2M type S 2 years ago, posted it back and they returned in inside 2 weeks sorted. No issues since.
Cost me postage to them, but that's all.
All products have issues. Except my SRM, that's never flinched.
