I had a quarq cinqo which I guess is a fairly old model now. It stopped working when it was just out of warranty (and this was just after quarq were bought by sram I think?). They had no interest in helping- no serviceable parts, therefore replacement only thank you and best they’d do was a 10% discount on a new pm.
That said, it was faultless while it worked and the same could happen with any pm I guess.

I had a Riken which died just before the 2 year warranty expired. Quarq replaced the spider with another Riken unit. That died 18 months later, but Quarq replaced it under warranty. Then it got stolen because @Cycliste left my rather nice road bike unlocked in a communal bike store in her block of flats for local enough for it to be nicked.
tl;dr they're not as reliable as P2M but the customer service is good.
Quarq do 165mm BB30 cranks in 110bcd (4-bolt definitely, but 5 bolt?).
Any reason not to try a Quarq unit over my current Rotor + P2M setup?
I know zero about Quarq although they seem to be reviewed as 'ok' by most people with them.
