I don't think that there is even a remote chance of NK giving up it's nuclear weapons - that's what brought Trump to their table. They'll agree to a test ban, to halting their research program (which amounts to Russia stopping sending them missile bodies and engines), but actually get rid of the nukes themselves? Never going to happen. They've got political leverage now, that they can use to bargain from a position of strength.
