pretty sure this is automated spam/marketing services using the apis, I can spot them a mile off on instagram and twitter, try mentioning the word blockchain in a tweet and see how many new "CEO/Entrepreneur" twats follow you back almost immediately. likewise say the word hackney on an instagram post as see how many brands suddenly like 2 of your most recent photos or follow you.
if you check the following day they've all unfollowed you again.

No, this is a real person promoting themselves or their own business; the cunt just hires a service that builds a list of people who might be interested in the cunt's business and does the grunt-work of having the cunt's account follow everybody on that list.
Shills are covertly working for somebody else. These days, if you see a random stranger following you on social media, they're often real and promoting themselves.
