Riding down Hackney Road yesterday morning, the traffic pauses momentarily and some bright sparks decide to leg it out without even looking. Fortunately the brakes on the Bank Bike were working well... Jogger who was waiting patiently for a safe crossing looks up at me, shrugs, the traffic starts moving again.
