Depends what you would like , frame and forks , seat pin and headset £400 delivered in UK.
Complete bike depends on the components you want on it .
I have 12 track bikes to dispose of and a HUGE parts bin of components so I can build to your specification .
Any thing from deep section / carbon disc wheels to clincher / beater wheels with every thing in-between !
There are also chain sets ranging from Dura-Ace , Campagnolo, Sugino and stronglight and a variety of bars and stems of most sizes .
You could either let me know what spec you require and I can let you know the cost or let me know your budget is and I will let you know what the possible specification could be .
Most things are possible !
I am in Edinburgh and well experienced in packing and posting bikes.
