How difficult is it to take out the shifting internals? Especially on the DI2 parts.. You're just a left shifter disassembly away from a 1x group. Ohh and a 3rd party N/W chainring. If you really want this, it's really low effort.
Dunno. If Shimano made a 1x hydro/mech group, I'd buy it. But I'm happy enough with SRAM S500 levers and a Microshift bar end shifter with BB7s and a Zee rear mech.
I like Shimano parts and have always had good experience using them.
Clutch mech ≠ 1× group. I want a Shimano LH hydraulic drop bar lever without shift mechanism/Di2 buttons.
