    Anything over a 10 I like a drink. Plus it’s proven to aid performance.

  • I don’t drink on 25s but have done on my only previous 50.

    I Don’t have an aero bottle and even if I did, it wouldn’t last 5 mins on that course. I guess I’ll get the b-twin bladder out and hope I cleaned it properly last year.

  • For sure drink then. It’ll improve performance.
