    The only thing I'd alter with your approach is calling them a fucking prick. They are, but to maintain the moral high ground a slur that avoids swearing would be preferable. Turbo tosser, or something like that.

  • Yeah, it was because he saw, sped up and cut diagonally from the pavement towards the crossing telling me no and deliberately wanted to get in my way to cause something, to put my cycling at fault, which I stand by it wasn't.

    To be clear I don't impede pedestrians on zebras at all, but once they have cleared me I cross.

  • Re zebra crossings drivers seem increasingly to treat them as advisory. What I've had recently as a pedestrian is aggressive drivers driving through inches from my back after I've crossed.
    When riding a bike I give pedestrians a generous amount of room after they've crossed so they don't feel like they're being buzzed.
