chains are a ball ache, ay. Had offer accepted in February, FTBs with all our mortgage and deposit stuff sorted for a month now but waiting on the people above our seller to get their shit together, not even really convinced they know where they're buying yet. Wouldn't mind so much, but we've got to be out of our place the end of next month...
How much of a dick is it reasonable to be about asking people to move out rather than us find alternative accommodation? Or recouping the cost of it dragging on against the sale price?
