The hosting company is doing forced reboots of machines to apply further security patches.
The times are non-negotiable and cannot be avoided.
The reboot schedule in UTC is as follows:
The site will go down for a short period around each of those times. The largest impact is likely the first which is extremely short notice... it is tomorrow. That machine takes longest to come back up.
