Thanks, I've got a plate in mine so hopefully they were just being cautious, but don't really want to risk it. Maybe I'll get a Dutch bike to not put weight on my arms...

Yeah, plated here too, with an extra pin to stabilise the 'fragments'..

Until recently I could actually feel the gap underneath the plate. Seems to be filling out though.

Take it easy. You'll get there.
