Sorry to spoil the party then :/ it‘s still a very nice frame. Various framebuilders used profiled Columbus SL tubes. The Colnago Tecnos uses OS tubes, the ones on the Fanini look like non-OS. Good luck with the decision on the parts. I‘m facing a similar decision atm. I think the cheapest neo retro option is the 10-speed tiagra 4700 (~290€) with the added benefit that you don‘t have to get wheels with 11speed compatible hubs.
Ah no then, its something else, actually looking at it its very similar to my Colnago Tecnos tubing, its very light whatever it is, and should make for a great build. The seatstays are round tapered section too, so it's not MS. I think it must be an early foray into custom drawn tubes. I'm emailing him anyway tonight. I'd love to know more about it. The BB cut outs really nice, mirroring the Fanini F. It's Columbus Gilco, this lovely bike on The Radavist has the same profiles...
