Yellow bar tape yes, but stop there. Go for black/silver to keep it classy.

All black everything but chrome stem to mirror the rear of the frame. Yellow rear gear cable only, black the rest.

Nice score! Love the engraved seatstays. Are you sure it‘s MS though? On the photo it looks like the downtube doesn‘t extend all the way to the bottom of the bottom bracket as it does with MS frames. I also never heard of Cinelli MS BBs, I thought there were only the proprietary columbus MS lugs.

Ooh arrived its really nice thinking dark grey rims, yellow cable and tape and saddle plus black tyres and a campag (silver to be age appropriate?) gruppo. Paint jobs a bit of a rough spray, but certainly good enough to still look great, given it's for sunny days status. Columbus MS tubing is insane. I should add this is a long term project, I just couldn't resist the option to get an early example of a Columbus MS frame in staged payments. All the lugs and BB are Cinelli. The fork crown is sprayed silver which is a really nice subtle touch with black Fanini pantos.
