But then look at my 10mi PB set with no speed work after TCR. That goes counter to everything about training pyramids - just a fuckload of SLOW volume during TCR then a month off drinking then knock 30s off 10mi PB. dafuq
10milea is very aerobic. I’m not surprised you managed it.
