Small bike for commute

Posting for a friend who is looking for a cheap and cheerful bike to commute, budget around £200 and she is 5ft 1.

She doesn't want a MTB, doesn't want a racer. So probably a hybrid or something. She thinks she needs gears but if the right bike comes up, I could convince her to go singlespeed, but not fixed wheel.

Afternoon. I have a barely used Charge Hob singles speed XXS that my daughter has grown out of. I think it's probably worth £180...

There a couple of chips from locking, but it's decent overall. Ben.

nah mate, it's to big. I am a fair bit taller than her and I had a small charge plug that was just right. Cheers though.
