Maybe the entry-level Shures? Been years since I had a pair, but the noise isolation was excellent.

I’ve worn these on 2-hour turbo sessions comfortably, and able to listen to the podcast/movie/music fine even with the turbo fan noise. Not sure I’d sleep in them, but they’re cheap.

Pretty much the only earbuds I’ve found comfortable for sleeping are the Bose quietcomfort 20, which are ten times the price of the Ankers. But they make flying much more enjoyable...
