Not always. I've been running my tyres down around 15psi and I actually think it is a bit too low for me. Doesn't roll fast enough.

Of course it is. Most manufactures wouldn't go below 20psi. Evening pro DH doesn't go under that.

Yeah I've been admiring that setup, there's a few alternatives available too.
