A £120,000 increase over ten years living in a one-bed flat should be enough for anyone, no? Seems daft to sit on a place for a year, dealing with estate agents and getting offers and counter-offers. Life's too short.
Youd think so.
The agent got back at lunch saying:
'I am in the process of further commending your offer to the vendor and I will come back to you when I can, probably after the weekend.'
Fuck knows wha that actually means.
'I want to see if we can get some more viewings in this weekend and leverage your offer'
Send somebody to the viewing and put in a lower offer.
‘It’s sunny and I’ve fucked off early to have some tinnies in the park. Speak on monday’
My crazy client isn't returning my calls
