In general, you reverse the pad holders or use a rear brake, but in this case I don't think Kronos pad retention works like that so you probably don't have to make any accommodation for reversing the caliper. Also, to reject the pads, the brake has to generate some friction on the rim, and nobody has ever achieved that with the Kronos
For fast riding, you only need a few degrees of steering lock. More than that at race speed and you've either already crashed or you're about to :)
