How many sizes up / down did you go?!

They look good though and hopefully excellent value for money :)

I'm currently Shimano 45 but they are a bit too big and have been looking recently at Spesh 44s, so hopefully 44 dhb will work. No 43 black left anyway.

Suspect they may be too narrow for me but can always send back.
