I've got into the pre-race routine reasonably well. The second 25 had no issues other than completely fucking up the course. I'm always changing stuff though so every race has potential for one of my changes to fail. The CTT stuff is not a massive goal for me this year just a nice to have so I'll give it a go and if I don't get it, maybe I'll try again at the end of the year. I'm around the same power as when I PBd two years ago, which is lower than where I was at maybe 4 years ago but given that I've spent feck all time on my TT bike compared to when I was training for 24hrs I can't be too unhappy with that.
How'd your 10(and a bit) actually go anyway? Time?
After sprinting for the wrong finish in the Hounslow 100 one year I generally swap my Garmin to Imperial for the distance TTs these days to avoid
confusionmaths.
