Chatting to the organiser of our may audax, and apparently numbers are down on most events near West London this year. I think it's typical for non pbp or lel years. Also there are more in this area now, which is good.

I've been doing his DIYs a bit this year though so it's not all bad news :)

I mentioned this to the missus last night but if I do the 2x400s on the Sat and Sun I'll be too fucked to ride the Chilterns on the Mon.

When you put it like that it sounds a lot, but if you were going to do a 1000 you'd be able to manage it no problem...
