Does anyone know of the too-expensive blue beiks that are the same size as folding bikes but don't fold? I think they are nordic of some sort.
I got my wife's "klapprad" stolen and am after a replacement. She is a tiny-un so these sorts of bikes are perfect.
Kind of like this https://www.ebay.de/itm/Klapprad-20-Staiger-Vintage-Duomatic-2-speed-Kick-1978-hellblau-techn-gut/112941472053?hash=item1a4bd61935:g:mGwAAOSwxL1ae2Pu except no Klapp and the ones I have seen are more of a royal blue.
I saw them in Berlin and looked them up but they were too expensive at the time. Now I am thinking maybe it is worth it especially since it has gears, SF has hills, and she isn't much into fixie skidding around.
Jopo bikes.
Aha, thanks. I clearly misremembered as they aren't too expensive, don't have gears (for the most part) and the 3 speed looks ugly. Hmm.
