4. Spare pair of shoes - Decathlon
  aqua shoes are v light and cheap

Vivobarefoot shoes are all super light and flexible for packing up.

Skechers do some ultra-light trainers and some of the barefoot ones with the super-thin soles are pretty light and squishable.
