No matter how much you want to like it, VX Ldn is crap. Doesn't know if it's a café, foodstore or clothes shop, and fails at being any of them. No member of staff has ever knowingly smiled at a customer.

Yeah I'd have to agree! The benefit of the Bristol one is that it's easily 3 if not 4 times the size with lots of seating and very friendly staff!
Comparing the food from the two I'd have to say Bristol was better again! Had more to choose from and better kitchen facilities!

It's a shame really cause I had big expectations for the place... and for the fact that I'd banged on about it for a while in front of my colleagues... never again!

Wasn't a fan of the one in London... I took some colleagues there a while ago and they almost seemed put out that we were there spending our money... how very dare we!
