A lot of people here regain. So you have to decide I think what maintenance looks like, and then that's the weight you can stick to.
That way you set yourself up for long-term success.
I would like to lose another 2 kg but my maintenance will be a lot more hassle due to extra exercise, so I am not doing it. But I am fine with not eating junkfood/drink alcohol often.
So if you regain a little because you don't want to give up some things, that's fine. It's not always 100% lack of discipline. Build in some chocolate/beer and enjoy life.
