I just lift the things that people tell me to!
Its apparently something related to maximum strain on the muscle groups.
And Technically each session is a little more complex:
I have an A/B pairing of A1, A2, B1, B2 which are 8x3 then roughly 70% for 1 round of 15 reps.
Then a C/D pairing of which its 3x12-15 reps. Hit 15 for 3 and weight goes up.
Is there a reason for 8 x 3 rather than 5x5 (or is that 8 lots of 3 reps?)
Theyre good numbers for coming straight back in
