Signs of use but perfectly functional and, most importantly, still 100% waterproof. Most notably I snapped the plastic thing that tightens the string for the underneath flip flop storage bit (all technical terms). If i carried shoes I just tied the strings together. Does not effect the functionality of the bag if not carrying shoes.
