Just an observation on your overall setup, I appreciate you’ve probably got long legs but your saddle looks like it is a very long way back. Have you tried having it further forwards and move your cleats back? This should unload your knee a little and might help relieve your knee discomfort.
Levers look a bit too far down. You’ll probably either be slipping off the front off the front or find you have to have the bars angled up a lot.
