  • Potentially unrelated but I used to get pain in my hip and solved it by stretching. It was a pain that felt like it was right in the joint of the leg/pelvis but was caused by tight hip muscles on one side. Turns out years of sitting with one foot resting on a knee caused an imbalance.
    Fixed it by doing this every other day for like 5 mins:

  • Mind blown. Went for a run yesterday and my hip is killing me in the exact place you describe and I always sit with the other leg resting on my knee
