  • Potentially unrelated but I used to get pain in my hip and solved it by stretching. It was a pain that felt like it was right in the joint of the leg/pelvis but was caused by tight hip muscles on one side. Turns out years of sitting with one foot resting on a knee caused an imbalance.
    Fixed it by doing this every other day for like 5 mins:

  • Good shout, it does happen in one leg...need to up the stretching game.

    Does make sense that weak hip could be trying to get my foot to move in order to use other muscles that could compensate.

    Need to do more yoga in general.
