Thanks, pretty much how I feel. The wear before was just too ugly. Waterstains and patina is okay, but peeling gooey stuff was a bit off.
Still a lot of visible wear to the dial, so not all the character is lost. I was tempted to remove all the text (possibly all but the Onsa crown) but I'll keep it as-is for now.

Looks way better. I don't mind the missing text. It tells a tale without it looking like faux-tina.
